If you need to change the dates of your stay, we will try our best to meet your needs. If, for any reason, we are unable to provide the property for the duration of your booking, we will refund all money paid, and we will try to find (but not pay for) alternative similar accommodation.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE. The property will be thoroughly cleaned and made available from 14:00 on the day of your arrival. An earlier arrival time may be possible on some occasions; please let us know if this is required.

We ask that you vacate the property by 10.30am on the day of your departure.

ACCOMMODATION. Letton Lodge is not suitable for disabled visitors, being located on the first floor, served by stairs. There are no sofa beds or folding beds and we cannot, therefore, accommodate more than six persons (plus baby in cot).

SMOKING. We ask you not to smoke in the bedrooms, for the comfort of others.

BOOKINGS are accepted on condition that you will keep the property, furniture, fixtures and contents in the condition in which you found them.

Damage and breakages (other than minor accidental breakages) must be paid for. Please report any damage as soon as possible, particularly if this is likely to affect guests following.

Please advise us of ANY PROBLEMS as soon as practical and we will make all reasonable efforts to remedy them.
