Booking

1 - and that our Booking Conditions (see below) are acceptable to you.

2 - Telephone (01665 830 633) to confirm availability and discuss any questions that you may have.
(The availability details may not be right up to date; we may be holding provisional bookings that are not reflected on the website)

3 - Once agreed, print out and complete a Booking Form and send it with your 20% deposit as indicated on the Booking Form.

4 - On receipt of your booking, we will send you a Booking Confirmation, either by email, or, should you prefer, by post.

Booking Conditions


If you need to change the dates of your stay, we will try our best to meet your needs.
If, for any reason, we are unable to provide the property for the duration of your booking, we will refund all money paid, and we will try to find (but not pay for) alternative similar accommodation.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE. The property will be thoroughly cleaned and will normally be available from 14:00 on the day of your arrival.

We ask that you vacate the property by 10.30am on the day of your departure.

ACCOMMODATION. Letton Lodge is not suitable for disabled visitors, being located on the first floor, served by stairs.
There are no sofa beds or folding beds and we cannot, therefore, accommodate more than six persons (plus baby in cot).

SMOKING. We ask you not to smoke in the apartment, for the comfort of others.

BOOKINGS are accepted on condition that you will keep the property, furniture, fixtures and contents in the condition in which you found them.

DAMAGE and BREAKAGES (other than minor accidental breakages) must be paid for.
Please report any damage as soon as possible, particularly if this is likely to affect guests following.

Please advise us of ANY PROBLEMS as soon as practical and we will make all reasonable efforts to remedy them.

Food Provided

Included in the price, we provide food for your Breakfast and Snacks during the day;
 we do not provide your "main meal(s)".
All unused food remains our property.
If you run out of any of the following items, we will "top you up" - just leave out a note.

Typically, you may expect to find most, if not all, of the following, according to your preferences indicated on the booking form;
wherever practical, these will be branded items.:

For Breakfast

In the Fridge:
Fresh supplies, unopened - Butter, Non-dairy spread, Bacon, Sausages, Eggs, Milk, Fruit Juice, Tomatoes, Mushrooms.
In the Cupboards: unopened: Cereals, Jams, Marmalade; Baked Beans, Tinned Tomatoes, Squash
probably opened: Tea bags, Instant Coffee, Sugar, Sauces, Cooking Oil, Condiments.
In the Bread Bin: Fresh Bread.

And, additionally, for Snacks, all fresh/unopened

In the Fridge: Cheese.
In the Cupboards: Sweet and Cheese Biscuits, Tins of Soup, and Fruit.

In the Fruit Bowl: A selection of fruit.
