There is no catch; we have very low marketing costs
We do not pay an agency to market and manage for us
(and you do not have to pay a booking fee);
We do not advertise, and we maintain and manage our own website;
Many of our bookings are "repeats" (Over two thirds in 2009);
We get very few enquiries that don't turn into bookings;

For those of you who do not know the area, Alnmouth is a small village on the Northumberland Coast. Once a bustling Harbour Town, it now caters, relatively unobtrusively, for the many visitors who have found it.

Letton Lodge is a spacious apartment, equipped to a very high standard located on the first floor of a converted old stone building in Alnmouth Village within two minutes walk from the beach.

We aim to be among the best; to give everyone a good holiday with value for money and comfort.

Cleanliness is important to us, which is why we need the time on Saturdays to get the apartment sparkling clean.

Comfort is important on holiday and we have made every effort to make the apartment as comfortable as possible.

Colour is a joy and the apartment is decorated to give a warm holiday atmosphere.

Value for money is important to everyone; we believe that we offer excellent value.

Children are made welcome. A happy child is a happy holiday. To this end we have toys, games, books and videos for every age.

Dogs are made welcome by arrangement and many a visiting dog has enjoyed a run along Alnmouth beach

Public Transport. Buses run hourly from Alnmouth Village to and from Newcastle and Alnwick, and the "Alnmouth for Alnwick" Intercity Railway Station is a mile away. Direct trains run to London (around three and a half hours) and Edinburgh (under one and a quarter hours). We are happy to collect you from Alnmouth Station.

Letton Lodge, Alnmouth has the unique feature of the Kitchen store cupboards brimming with food, the aim being that if you eat your main meal out, you should not have to go shopping. If you run out of anything that we have provided, you just have to leave a note and we will shop for you.
